摘要
应用虚拟仪器技术进行车辆综合性能的检测,并用网络技术实现检测系统的网络传输和远程控制.利用NI公司提供的Gwebserver实现系统检测显示面板的网页发布,利用DataSocket技术快速实现检测数据的网络传输,并利用LabVIEW和网络技术的结合实现车辆检测的远程控制.方便客户获取检测图像和检测结果以及远程控制.本系统在对车辆性能(制动力,轴重,烟度,噪声,灯光,速度等)的性能检测和远程控制上均取得了较好的效果.
A development module of network-based virtual instrument technology intended to be used for inspecting the performance of vehicle was presented. G web server provided by NI company helped achieve the web issue of vehicle inspection front panel. Meanwhile DataSocket technique helped achieve data transfer through internet. LabVIEW and web technology were combined to realize the remote control of vehicle inspection to meet the needs of clients. The system has been proved to be quite effective in performance examination of vehicle, such as brake horsepower, speed, noise, lamplight, smoke intensity and the weight of every axle.
