折弯机压紧机构的选型及设计

摘要 为了解决折弯机压紧机构工作稳定性较差、可靠性较低的问题,对压紧机构进行了选型,并应用串联式机构组合原理对压紧机构进行了方案设计,给出了压紧机构的机构运动简图和主要尺寸,并在此基础上完成了压紧机构的结构设计。 In order to solve the problems of lower stability and reliability of compaction mechanism in bending machine, the type selection for compaction mechanism is completed. The scheme design of compaction mechanism is accomplished by using the principle of mechanism combination in series. The kinematic sketch and main sizes of compaction mechanism are given. The structural design of compaction mechanism is completed finally.
