有色金属新材料是新材料的一个极其重要的组成部分。大力发展有色金属新材料产业,加速有色金属新材料的研究和开发,对促进国民经济的可持续发展具有极其重要的战略意义。我国有色金属材料经过几十年的努力,已经在产量和规模方面取得了重大进展,是目前世界上的有色金属生产大国。然而,我国有色金属材料行业在高附加值产品、降低能耗、可持续发展方面与世界先进国家还有很大差距。详细阐述了我国有色金属材料的发展现状,指出了今后的发展方向和战略。

Nonferrous metal materials are among the most important parts of advanced materials. Developing nonferrous metal materials industry and accelerating the R&D of advanced nonferrous metal materials will necessarily be of strategic significance. By tens of years' hardwork, China has made great progress in the production and the scale of nonferrous metal industry, and has been one of the biggest country in nonferrous metal industry. However, China has lagged behind developed countries in the high-valued products, lowering energy consumption and sustainable development.
