摘要 介绍了抚顺石油化工研究院和大连理工大学合作开发的OTA(Olefintoaromatics&alkylates)全馏份催化裂化(FCC)汽油降烯烃技术,利用OTA技术对全馏份FCC汽油进行了加氢改质处理,通过烃类烷基化、芳构化、异构化和少量裂化等烃类转化反应,使烯烃含量大幅度降低,同时产物的辛烷值损失较低,汽油收率高。结果表明:OTA技术FCC汽油脱硫率约为70%、烯烃饱和率为60%~77%,抗爆指数(R+M)/2损失0~1.2,C+5汽油液收92.0%~97.0%,化学氢耗为0.20%~0.40%。 The OTA technology jointly developed by Fushun Research Institute of Petroleum Processing of SINOPEC and Dalian University of Technology was introduced briefly. The OTA technology upgraded full range FCC gasoline by alkylation, aromatization, isomerization and little cracking can deeply reduce olefin level in FCC gasoline. On the other hand, the road octane number( (R+M)/2) loss is very low, gasoline yield is high. The test results indicate that the desulfurization and olefin removal of FCC gasoline of OTA are about 60%~77% respectively, road octane number( (R+M)/2) loss is 0~1.2 units, C^+_5 gasoline yield is 92.0%~97.0%, and chemical hydrogen consumption is 0.20%~0.40%.
