摘要
水杨酸与碳酸钠在氯苯中反应得到水杨酸钠 ,然后在三氯化磷存在下与对乙氧基苯胺直接缩合制备乙氧苯柳胺。产品总收率由文献报道的 4 2 6 %提高到 86 7% ,新工艺反应步骤简单 ,生产成本低 。
To improve the synthetic technology of etofesalamide(NSAIDs),salicylic acid reacted with sodium carbonate using chlorobenzene as a solvent to give sodium salicylate (2),2 condensed with p-ethoxyaniline using phosphorous trichloride as a condensation agent to give etofesalamide.This new process has the features of a simple process,lower cost and higher yield and the overall yield of etofesalamide has been increased from 42.6% to 86.7%.The structure of the title compound was confirmed by IR,~1H-NMR and MS.
