研究了一种传统西式调味汁的简易制作工艺和操作要点,得出了冷冻白色调味汁、一般白色调汁和其它白色调味汁的配方,此类产品的开发将丰富我国的冷冻食品市场,推动西式餐饮业的发展。
Procedures and formula for preparing several traditional western style flavorings were developed, and this would improve the market for frozen food products and the development of western style catering in China.
