摘要
微胶囊技术作为一种新型食品生产技术,正逐步在食品工业中得到广泛应用。主要介绍了微胶囊技术的特点,多种微胶囊化的方法以及在食品工业中的应用。
As a new food manufacturing techniques, microencapsulating is used widely in food industry. The characteristics, methods, and its application in food industry were discussed in this paper.
