摘要
淀粉基本结构与纤维素相似 ,残存的浆料与染料同样有较强的反应能力 ,因此退浆率对产品质量影响很大。根据长期生产实践 ,给出优选生物酶退浆工艺参数 ,使酶保持最佳活性值 ,达到最佳退浆效果。
Through investigating the chemical structure and property of starch, the influence on products quality caused by desizing rate is evaluated and an optimal enzymatic desizing process according to our practical production experience is provided. Under accurately technical parameters controlling, it could give best enzyme activity, and get optimal desizing effect.
