摘要
以清棉师 10 0T(Scolase10 0T)和双氧水为前处理剂的一浴法工艺 ,不但能使传统工艺中退、煮、漂一步完成 ,有效地增强处理后织物的各种物理性能 ,而且能降低生产成本 ,提高生产效率 ,增加经济效益及实现清洁生产。文章给出试验结果及生产应用工艺条件。
One step process in desizing, scouring and bleaching using Scolase 100T can not only finish all pretreatment process of cotton fabrics, but also improve the quality of fabrics and reduce the costs of pretreatment of cotton fabrics. And it is an environmental process.
