通过对设备的检验 ,发现长期使用后的设备易出现的机器缺陷 ,找到了造成成纱质量恶化的原因 ,并通过对工艺的优化选择 ,提出了解决这些问题应采取的措施。

By equipment inspection,the cause to deteriorate yarn quality has been discovered that drawbacks were existed in winding machine operated through a long period. Through optimized technology selection,some measures have been presented to solve problems.
