摘要
目的:评价含钛镍铬合金烤瓷冠修复老年牙体牙列缺损的临床应用效果。方法:随访2年对比观察96例老年病人88件含钛镍铬合金(Tilite)烤瓷冠(实验组)和86件Ni-Cr合金烤瓷冠(对照组)的颜色、边缘密合、颈缘灰线、瓷折断折裂、过敏反应等情况。结果:两组在颜色、边缘密合、颈缘灰线、瓷折断折裂等方面未见显著差异(P>0.05);实验组无过敏反应,而对照组发生3例(6.25%)组织过敏反应。结论:两组临床表现基本相似,但含钛镍铬合金(Tilite)烤瓷冠生物相容性优于Ni-Cr合金烤瓷冠。
Objective: To evaluate the clinical application of porcelain crowns containing tilite in restoring teeth and denture defect in the elderly. Methods: Observed and compared differences of some index including color, border closeness, cervical gray line, porcelain breaking and anaphylaxis 2 years after restoration between experiment and control group. Results: No significant differences were found in the first four above-mentioned aspects ( P>0.05). 3 cases of anaphylactic reaction occurred in the experiment. group while none of that took place in the control group. Conclusion: Although there are basically similar clinical presentations in the two groups, the biological compatibility of Tilite porcelain crown is better than Ni-Cr porcelain crown.
