胰酶、细胞因子、高渗液和感染对大鼠脑损伤的形态学研究 被引量:15

摘要 目的 探讨胰酶、感染等致病因素对脑组织的损害作用。方法  5 6只雄性 SD大鼠分为 7组。颈内动脉分别注射胰酶、TNF- α、10 % Na Cl、白色念珠菌悬液和大肠埃希菌悬液 ,注射 0 .9% Na Cl为对照 ,同时建立重症急性胰腺炎 (SAP)大鼠模型作为急性胰腺炎阳性对照 ,光镜和电镜观察不同损害因素对大鼠脑组织的作用。结果 胰酶、TNF- α、10 % Na Cl、真菌和细菌悬液均可致不同程度的脑神经元和胶质细胞水肿、核固缩、脑软化、轴突髓鞘板层结构紊乱、髓鞘脱失等病理改变。SAP大鼠脑组织亦有类似改变。结论 胰酶、促炎细胞因子、高渗状态、真菌和细菌感染都是重症急性胰腺炎病程中的病理因素 ,这些因素均可导致脑组织髓鞘、神经元和胶质细胞等损伤。 ObjectiveTo study the effects of pancreatic lipase,cytokine,hypertonicity and infection on brain injury.Methods Fifty-six male SD rats were divided into 7 groups. Pancreatic lipase,TNF-α,10% sodium chloride,Candida albicans and Escherichia coli were injected into rats through internal carotid artery,and normal saline was used as regative control. The rat model with severe acute pancreatitis,as positle contool,was induced by 5% sodium taurocholate. The rat brains were examined under a light microscope and an electronic microscope to detect lesions induced. Results Varying degrees of pathological changes were detected in the rat brains by injection of pancreatic lipase,TNF-α,10% sodium chloride,Candida albicans or Escherichia coli,which were typically represented by edema of nerve cells,demyelination,karyopyknosis and encephalodialysis. Similar changes were also seen in the rat brains with severe acute pancreatitis. Conclusions Multiple pathological factors may play an importment in the brain damage of severe acute pancreatitis,causing injury to nerve cells and myelin.
