摘要
以闽、浙一带重要的海产养殖贝类缢蛏 (SinonovaculaconstrictaLamarck)为研究对象 ,应用蛋白质组学方法探求其在受寄生压力下血淋巴内 4 0KDa以下小分子蛋白质组的变化 ,寻找缢蛏血淋巴的抗性机制 ,明确血淋巴在机体防御体系中的作用。在寄生压力下 ,缢蛏血淋巴内有多种蛋白发生变化 ,包括生长调节蛋白 ,金属硫蛋白 B ,唾液酸结合凝集素 ,凝血因子IXA轻链等 ,涉及多种与炎症反应 ,神经营养 ,基因表达调控 ,蛋白质合成等有关的功能。说明血淋巴在缢蛏的防御体系中具有关键性作用。
Sinonovacula constricta (Lamarck), a kind of mollusks, is important in marine aquaculture due to its high market demand. This study used proteomic techniques to detect the parasitism-specific proteins in hemolymph under long-term parasitizing and then identified seven proteins, including Growth regulating protein,Metallothionein-B,Sialic acid-binding lectin and Factor IXA light chain etc, which have multiple functions such as anti-inflammation, nutrition, gene expression and regulation, and protein synthesis. It is obvious that hemolymph is critical in S. constricta defense mechanism.
