The motion detection is a key technology in the hydraulic hoist control. After years research, the author developed a new model of built-in displacement sensor which can be used in hydraulic cylinders with various coating. The position control and synchronous control of double cylinders on hydraulic hoist can easily be achieved by adoption of this sensor, with high precision.
