摘要
文章就加强民爆产品的质量管理问题进行了一些探讨,认为,必须认真落实“质量否决权”,在内部分配上实行产品“按质论价计酬”的政策。淮北矿务局910厂的实践,证明了这一点。
A discussion on the problems related to the quality management of explosive materials product is stated. According to the actual practice experinced by the No. 910 Factory, Huaibei Bureau of Mines, it is proposed that the policies of veto power on product quality and the distribution according to the product quality should be seriously exercised.
