摘要
针对考虑因素全面的SMB 综合速率模型,采用有限元方法和正交配点法分别对柱向和吸附剂颗粒径向模型进行离散化,利用Matlab ODE 求解器对SMB 过程进行了数值求解,并编制了SMB 过程仿真软件。在此基础上进行了一个SMB 分离实例仿真,分析了切换时间和流量变化对分离性能的影响,验证了SMB 过程分离性能的参数敏感性,提出了对系统实施先进控制的必要性。
In order to model the SMB chromatographic separation process,a general rate model which takes comprehensive effects intoaccount is considered here.To obtain numerical solutions for the process,combination of Galerkin finite element and orthogonal colloca-tion methods is used to discretize the partial differential equations of mobile phase and adsorbent particle radial phase.The results arecalculated by the Matlab ODE solver.Based on this method,a software is designed to simulate the process.A case is studied to vali-date this work.The effects of switching time and flow rate on the separation performance are analysed and the characteristic of paramet-ric sensitivity is verified.The necessity of advanced control for this process is brought forward last.
