摘要
介绍了用AspenTech公司开发的Polymers Plus软件建立HYPOL工艺聚丙烯装置的静态和动态模型的过程、原理。此模型较全面地模拟了中国石化股份有限公司广州公司7万吨/年聚丙烯装置的聚合过程和主要流程,可在动态过程中实现开、停车,牌号切换等过程,对装置高负荷生产、新牌号操作条件的预测、提高产品质量都有一定的指导作用。利用该模型该装置2002年下半年及2003年明显提高了产量取得了较好的经济效益。
This paper introduced the application of the Polymers Plus software exploitured by Aspen Tech Co.,through it have set upprocess and theory of the static state and dynamic matrix for the HYPOL craftwork of the polypropylene equipment.This matrix fondlysimulated the polymerization process and main flow of the 70kt/a polypropylene equipment of Guang Zhou Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.,SI-NOPEC,it can relaize opening process,closing process and trademark switching in the course of dynamic and so on,and directe forecas-tion of high load production and operation condition of new trademark,improvation of production quality.The polypropylene equipmentused the matrix have got better economic benefit through ilnprovation of production in the half year of 2002 and 2003.
