重整机理模型在生产计划中的应用研究

Application of catalytic reforming mechanism model in production planning

炼油厂在安排全厂生产计划时,一般依据装置的经验数据来安排生产。本文用重整模拟软件为生产计划提供Delta-Base 数据,探讨重整机理模型在生产计划安排生产中的应用。研究结果表明,重整机理模型能够为生产计划提供合理而可靠的Delta-Base 数据。

When scheduling an over-plant production plan,refineries usually utilize experienced process data as a fundamental con-sideration.Using AspenTech CatRef modeling software,this thesis offered Delta-Base data to production planning and discussed theapplication of Catref model in the planning.The result showed that Catref mechanism model can provide a reasonable and trustworthyDelta-Base data for production planning.
