摘要
舰船的分段合拢是大型舰船建造的关键环节。本文介绍了一种大型舰船分段自动合拢系统 ,该系统具有操作安全 ,推力大 ,对中精度高等优点 ,能够自动完成船体分段或总段的顶举、平移、姿态调整和合拢对中。系统以工控机收稿日期 :2 0 0 4 0 4 0 2 电子邮件来稿为核心 ,与多台ADAM 551 0控制器组成控制网络 ,通过控制油缸顶举运动和小车的行走运动 ,实现立体分段位姿调整和高精度对中。主控软件可以根据总段和分段的位姿 ,由数学模型解算出各个油缸的位移量 ,并根据舰船合拢规范规则和分段运动轨迹 ,实现多个油缸的联动和多台小车行走的联动 ,完成分段 6个自由度的调整。文中给出了系统的基本结构和实现方法。
This paper introduces an advanced automatic assembling system for large ship. It can move and lift the different parts of big ship, adjust their postures, and finally fit all of them together automatically. The system has some advantages as high safety, more powerful and high accuracy. It includes one main computer and several ADAM-5510 PC-based controllers, connected through two RS485 buses. They can control the lifting movement of oil vats and plain movement of several small vehicles individually. The main computer can control the movement of the oil vats and the small vehicles synchronously according to the rules and the mathematic model, so as to finish the adjustments of six dimensions. The main principal and the framework of this system are described in detail in this paper.
