双模模糊预测控制在水泥回转窑生料系统中的应用

The Application of Dual Mode Fuzzy Prediction Control in Raw Material System of Cement Rotary Kiln

针对水泥回转窑的大惯性、滞后等工艺特点 ,提出了一种模糊预测协调控制算法。将模糊控制与预测控制相结合 ,引入双模功能 ,增强了算法的跟踪与抗干扰能力。现场运行结果表明该算法简捷实用 ,控制效果优于传统的PID控制。

In accordance with the technique features of cement rotary kiln, e.g. Iarge inertia and time lag, a fuzzy predicted coordinated control algorithm is stated. By combining fuzzy control and prediction control, dual mode control is introduced to enhance tracking and anti-inference capabilities of the algorithm. The result of field operation shows that the algorithm is ease and good for practical use, the control effect is better than of conventional PID control.
