摘要
从OIS(Orbital Imaging System,建议)、ALOS(Advanced Land Observing Satellite,计划中)和IKONOS三个传输型摄影测量系统高程误差估算中看出,无地面控制点条件下,卫星摄影测量要达到高程误差σh≤CI(3.3(CI为成图规定的等高距),技术实现上难度很大,其中最关键的因素是外方位角元素 的量测精度,文中对削弱d 的影响之途径作了简要讨论,并认为LMCAED相机(线阵-面阵组合相机)摄影是最佳途径之一。
From the evaluated height accuracy by using pho-togrammetric intersection and the characteristic data of OIS(Orbital Imaging System, proposed 1990) ,ALOS(Advanced Land Observing Satellite ,planning 2003) and IKONOS, we know that it is difficult to satisfy ofσh ≤CI≤3. 3, where CI equals to control interval in the mapping requirement. When satellite photogrammetry without control points, the key problem is d , the error in exterior element p. The paper discusses several approachs including bundle adjustment to decrease the influence of d(in the height accuracy. The conclusion is that satellite photogrammetry using LMCCD camera (combination line-matrix ccd array) imagery may be one of the best way for mapping without control points.
