摘要
研究了被认为是无致癌性无禁用偶氮染料皮革黑LR V的染色性能,用皮革色谱板对比研究了染料的渗透性。结果表明,皮革黑LR V上染率达96.28%,与水场常用材料具有良好的配伍性,通过调整pH值可控制其反应活性,耐干/湿擦牢度符合国标要求,所染皮革的耐水洗坚牢度达4级。
The dyeing characteristics of Leather Black LR-V are studied and the penetration property of different dyestuffs are investigated by leather chromatoplate. The results show that LR-Vhas good compatibility with other leather chemicals used in wet-end. Meanwhile, the reactivity of LR-Vwith these chemicals can be controlled by the adjustment of pH. The uptake rate of LR-V is 96.28%, and the fastness to washing is about 4. LR-V's fastness to dry/wet rubbing also achieve the State Standard.
