发光杆菌MBL15产胶原酶发酵条件的研究

Fermentation Condition of Photobacterium Producing Collagenase

通过单因子试验和正交试验确定了发光杆菌MBL15产胶原酶的最适发酵条件为初始pH6.5,接种量6%,250ml三角瓶的装量为10%,发酵温度37℃。优化的发酵培养基成分为:牛肉膏4%、蔗糖2%、酵母粉0.2%、CaCl20.04%。

Fermentation condition of Photobacterium MBL15 producing collagenase were optimized. The results of single factor and orthogonal experiment showed that the optimized conditions were pH6.5,inoculum 6%,volume of medium 10% of 250ml, temperature 37℃.The optimized medium composition was composed of beef extract 4%,sucrose 0.2% ,yeast extract 0.2% ,CaCl(2)0.04%.
