摘要
IRs24B/天谷B选育保持系和转育不育系的过程中,以自然诱发鉴定为主,选定抗瘟的B系.同时A系配组再经多点自然诱发鉴定及苗期接种鉴定,育成的福伊A(B)能抗我国稻瘟病7群17个生理小种的83个菌株小种,显性效应强且持续10年未衰.闽、鄂、川、桂、湘等省用福伊A已配成16个组合通过审定,年推广面积13万hm2,已成为我国南方三系杂交稻安全高效地防御稻瘟病的重要亲本.
The B line was bred from the combination of IRs24B/Tiangu B under the identification of natural inducement. Combined with appropriate A lines and identified under multi-site natural inducement and seedling inculation, Fuyi A(B) was selected, which was resistant to 83 blast strains of 17 biological strains in 7 groups. Its dominant effect was strong enough to last for 10 years. 16 hybrid combinations from it have been selected in Fujian, Hubei, Sichuan, Guangxi, Hunan in China, which accounts for 130000 hectare annually. Fuyi A has become important parent for blast resistance breeding of three line hybrid in south China.
