摘要
以麝香百合的花梗为外植体,进行了离体培养再生植株的研究.结果表明:在附加2mgBA、0.1mg·L-1NAA的MS培养基,花梗培养产生小鳞茎的诱导率可高达86.67%;在附加0.3mg·L-1BA的MS培养基上继代,增殖系数最高,达5.10;在附加0.5mg·L-1NAA的1/2MS培养基上培养生根,生根率90%以上.
In this experiment plant regeneration from pedicel culture was carried out in Lilium longiflorum Thunb. The results showed that the percentage of inducing small bulbs was as high as 86.67% on the MS medium containing 2 mg·L^(-1) BA and 0.1 mg·L^(-1) NAA. The highest proliferation coefficient (5.10) occurred on the MS medium supplemented with 0.3 mg·L^(-1) BA, and the rooting percentage was above 90% on the 1/2 MS medium with 0.5 mg·L^(-1) NAA.
