摘要 根据爆体结构特征和环境条件,应用爆炸冲击应力波理论与抵抗线原理,对不停产条件下,毗邻重要生产设备、精密仪表的深凹钢筋混凝土基础和主电室变流机基础切挖控制爆破,探索了合理控制炸药能量及其作用的控制爆破技术.使爆破公害控制在允许限域以内,确保生产设施、仪表的安全运行,达到生产、施工两不误. According to the construction character and surrounding circumstance, the shock-stress theory is applied to demolish the deep-hollowed reinforced concrete foundation of 1.7m continuous rolling mill and that of principal electric machine room by controlled cutting blasting in the neighbourhood of production equipments and instruments in the course of continuous production operation. In the blasting technique, the explosive energy released and its effect are well controlled to ensure the damage effect within the safety threshold and the operational procedure running in proper order.
