不同茶园假眼小绿叶蝉抗药性比较 被引量:39

摘要 假眼小绿叶蝉Empoascavitis(Gothe))是我国茶区的主要害虫.本文采用药膜法测定了14种杀虫剂对该虫相对敏感种群的毒力基线,比较了6种常用农药在不同茶园的抗性差异.结果表明,随着茶园施药水平的提高,其LC50值和抗药性逐渐增强,对新型药剂阿克泰的抗性倍数增幅最大,增长了2.2-13.3倍,而对高效氯氰菊酯的则增幅最小,增长了1.5-3.4倍.毒力基线测定结果表明:敌敌畏的LC50值为310.5990mg·L-1,毒力最低;阿克泰的LC50值为1.2029mg·L-1,毒力最高,相对敌敌畏的毒力为258.2倍. Empoasca vitis (Gothe) is a key pest in tea plantations. By Drug-film method the toxicity measurements of this insect′s relative susceptible population to 14 insecticides were determined, and the resistance levels of 6 insecticides in different tea plantations were compared. The results were as follows: the LC_(50) and resistance level increased with the quantity and frequency of insecticides used in various tea plantations; the increase of resistance to new pesticide Thiamethoxam was the largest, reaching 13.3 times, and the increase of resistance to Cypermethrin was the lest, only reaching 3.4 times. Toxicity measurement tested on 14 kinds of insecticides indicated that the toxicity of Dichlorovos was the lowest, whose LC_(50) was (310.5990) mg·L^(-1), and the toxicity of Thiamethoxam was the highest, which LC_(50) was 1.2029 mg·L^(-1) with relative toxicity to Dichlorovos of 258.2 times.
