含氟或无氟牙膏对酸蚀釉质刷牙磨损的实验研究 被引量:2

In vitro comparisons of the brushing abrasion of eroded enamel using fluoride and non-fluoride toothpaste

摘要 目的 :评价含氟或无氟牙膏对酸蚀釉质刷牙磨损的影响。方法 :在牛切牙牙冠试样唇面磨出大小约 6mm× 10mm的釉质平面 ,在此平面上制洞并充填 2个银汞合金充填物 ,磨平、抛光后 ,在表面形状测量仪上测定充填物间釉质表面外形。将 30个试样分为 5组 ,每组 5个试样 ,对所有试样进行如下过程 :可口可乐中浸泡 5min - 37℃人工唾液中浸泡 30min -牙刷磨刷 2 0 0次 - 37℃人工唾液中浸泡 30min ,共 35次过程循环。其中 3组在刷牙时用含氟牙膏 ,另 3组用无氟牙膏。含氟牙膏或无氟牙膏试验组在刷牙时又有 3种压力之别 :5 0 g、15 0g、2 5 0 g。循环后再对试样银汞合金充填物间釉质表面外形进行测量 ,比较循环前后釉质表面外形 ,计算出磨蚀深度。结果 :采用含氟牙膏的实验组釉质的磨损量在 3种磨刷压力下均显著小于无氟牙膏组。结论 AIM:To evaluate the effect of fluoride in toothpaste on brushing abrasion of eroded enamel.METHODS:Thirty enamel specimens were prepared from bovine incisor and were embedded in acrylic resin with buccal surface of each exposed.The buccal surfaces were ground flat exposing an area of 6 mm×10 mm and two amalgam fillings were placed into enamel and polished.All specimens were divided into six groups of 5 specimens each,groups A~F.Then they were subjected to 35 cyclic treatments consisting of demineralization in Coca-cola for five minutes,remineralization in fresh artificial saliva for thirty minutes,brushing abrasion,and remineralization again in artificial saliva for thirty minutes. Fluoride toothpaste (Crest,P&G Co.) was used in brushing specimens of groups A,B and C,non-fluoride toothpaste (provided by P&G Co.) in groups D,E and F.Groups A and D were brushed at a load of 50 g,with groups B and E 150 g,groups C and F 250 g. Before and after treatments,the surface between two amalgam fillings of each specimen was profiled with a surface profilometer.The average depth of the abraded part of the specimens between two amalgam fillings compared with respective amalgam reference surfaces was finally calculated.RESULTS:Abrasion depths of teeth brushed with fluoride toothpaste were 18.45±1.23 μm at load of 50 g,24.51±2.48 μm of 150 g,31.79±1.37 μm of 250 g,that with non-fluoride toothpaste were 26.28±2.03,33.85±2.12,37.75±1.89,respectively.CONCLUSION:Use of fluoride toothpaste during the abrasive component of the same erosion-fabrasion tooth wear model substantially reduced enamel loss.
