摘要 防御素 (defensins)是在哺乳动物中发现的一类重要的内源性抗生素肽家族 ,具有广谱、高效的抗微生物活性 ,是机体天然免疫机制的重要组成部分。 Defensins are one recently recognized important family of endogenous antibiotic peptides in mammalin .These peptides have energy-effective broad sperum of antimicrobial activity,which are important part of the host innate immune mechianisms.In this review,we describe the general situation of defensins with respect to their classification,expression of mRNA and peptides,tissue distribution,function and emphasize on their characterization in oral tissues and relationship with oral diseases.
