摘要
目的 研究黄芪多种成份抗豚鼠皮肤I型人疱疹病毒感染皮肤病变的动态病理过程。方法 我们将HSV 1HS 1株感染的豚鼠皮肤动物模型分为对照组 (抹PBS及阿昔洛韦 )及黄芪组 (抹黄芪总皂苷、总多糖及总黄酮 ) ,采用组织学方法 ,观察了病变发生过程中的皮肤组织学改变。结果 对照组豚鼠皮肤发生组织形态学改变 ,上皮细胞水肿 ,胞核和胞浆内形成空泡。黄芪组豚鼠皮肤经用黄芪 3种成分后 ,豚鼠皮肤形态结构恢复正常 ,结构清晰 ,尤以黄芪总皂苷疗效最为明显。结论 黄芪多种成分对HSV 1HS 1株引起的细胞病变有抑制作用 ,对感染的皮肤组织具有重要的保护作用。
Objective In order to investigate the dynamic pathlogical changes from the dermal lesions of guinea pigs that were infected with HSV-1HS-1 and were treated with Astragalus membranaceus.Methods The guinea pigs infected with HSV-1HS-1, were divded into two groups: HSV-1 controll group (applying PBS and ACV) and HSV-1 Astragalus group (applying multi-ingredient from Astragalus membranaceus). The histological changes during the pathological development were research using histological methods.Results Skin of guinea pigs infected with HSV-1HS-1 occurring morphological changes, edema in epithelium. Vacuoles formed in cellular nuclei and plasm. The morphological structure of skin of guinea pigs treated with multi-ingredient from Astragalus membranaceus turned normal and clear. In pariticular, the astragalus membranaceus saponin yield notable therapeutic effect.Conclusion Multi-ingredient from Astragalus membranaceus has inhibitory effect on the cellular pathological changes induced by HSV-1HS-1 infection and has protective effect on the infected skin tissue.
