摘要
优化排样是模具CAD系统中一个十分重要的内容 ,合理的进行排样设计能够增加材料的利用率 ,提高经济效益。笔者对普通单排和对头双排的算法进行深入研究 ,并在CATIA平台上予以实现 ,为了提高系统的排样效率 。
Optimal layout is an important part of computer aided mold designing, rational layout design can increase the ratio of material utilizing and promote the economic benefit of factories. Applied the arithmetic of 'Common Single Layout' and 'Opposite Double Layout', some layout modes on the development of CATIA are realized. Moreover, in order to make the program more efficient, some optimizing strategies have been brought forward.
