Current Production Situation and Technical Deficiency of and Development Proposals for Domestic Seamless Steel Tube Industry

简要介绍了我国无缝钢管的生产现状,分析了在生产能力、装备水平、品种质量、标准等方面比之国际先进水平存在的差距;针对近年产能盲目扩张,管坯供应能力不足,产品结构不尽合理,科研滞后,创新缓慢等问题,提出了应适度控制投资和增长速度,淘汰落后机组,加快生产工艺、装备的研发和品种结构调整,建立供坯基地,实现企业间的资源共享等建议。

Current production situation of domestic seamless steel tube-making sector is briefed. Also ana-lyzed here in the paper are the gaps between the said domestic industry and the international advanced level of seamless steel tube production in terms of production capacity, equipment technical level, product types && quality and applicable standards, etc. In addition, pinpointing the problems as concerned and identified over recent years in the domestic sector like pell-mell expansion, material (billet) short supply, inadequacy of product mix, insuffi-ciency in R && D and slow progress in new product development, suggestions are proposed, including properly con-trol of investment in and growth of the industry, obsoleting out-of-date pipe mills, speeding up adjustment of product mix, setting up major billet sources as well as source-sharing commonly by tube-makers.
