普通师范类由范秀容等编写的《微生物学实验》课本中,关于细菌鞭毛染色的操作技术较难掌握,在教学中效果较差.针对这一问题,我们对鞭毛染色的各个环节进行了多次实验摸索,发现染液的配制及细菌制片的操作乃是鞭毛染色效果好坏的关键.

In 'microbiology experimentation'compiled by FAN Xiu-rong etc.in general normal school,operating rules of bacterium flagellum stain is very difficult.Therefore the teachering effect is poor.In the light of this problem we took experiments for every link,finally, we concluded that keys of effect of stain are compounding of dye solution and making of bacterium.
