摘要
采取CO2 超临界萃取的方法从辽宁硬紫草中提取总紫草色素 ,用紫外分光光度法测定其含量。分别采用有机溶剂溶解碱液萃取法 ,直接碱水解法 ,以及Cu2 + 络合法制备紫草素。通过三种紫草素制备方法的比较 ,确定先经Cu2 + 络合纯化处理后再经水解法制备紫草素 ,收率较高 ,是实验室中简单、快速、高收率的由天然紫草分离制备紫草素的有效方法。
The total pigment was extracted from Lithospermum erythrorhizon by SCF extraction and the content of the extract was determined by UV Spectrophotometry.Shikonin was prepared through 3 methods.It was confirmed that first purification of total pigment with Cu 2+ complex and then hydrolysis by alkline is the most effective process to prepare shikonin in the laboratory.The process can be developed to a effective method for preparation of natural shikonin in scale.
