摘要
本文通过不耦合装药爆炸后形成的动应力场和准静态应力场的理论及有限单元法计算,对断裂控制爆破开采石材的机理进行了分析研究,并做了实验验证。结果表明:当选用合适的炸药并采用一定形式的不耦合装药时,炸药爆炸形成的冲击波对周围岩石不发生破坏,同时依靠炸药爆炸后形成的准静态高压气体,可使岩石沿孔间连线方向形成整齐的断裂面,运用这种机理可成功地在开采石材中归纳总结出爆破参数,推动我国石材工业的发展。
In this paper, with a calculation theory and the finite element method for dynamic and quasi-static stress generated by decoupled explasive charge blasting,the experimental fracture control blasting is studied. It shows that by choosing appropriate explasives and decoupled explosive charge, the shock wave of explosion doesn't break the rock around the cavity and at the same time a uniform fracture surface is generated in the direction of a line of holes by quasi-static gas. Utilizing this mechanism, the parameters of blasting may be used successfully in mining rock materials.
