摘要 控制非调质钢38Mn6V中合适的[N]含量不但可以改善钢的机械性能,还可以节约钒铁的添加量,从而进一步降低非调质钢的成本。文章从炼钢角度分析了含氮非调质钢的成分设计原理、氮在钢中的作用、钒氮非调质钢的技术经济性,并简单介绍了钢中增氮的方法。 In non-quenched and tempered steel 38Mn6V, reasonably controlled nitrogen content can not only ameliorate the steel' s mechanical properties but also save ferrovanadium addictive, so as to lower the cost of non-quenched and tempered steel. Principle for the composition design, role of nitrogen in steel and low cost of V-N non-quenched and tempered steel are analyzed in terms of steelmaking. Methods of adding nitrogen to steel are also briefly introduced.
