摘要
以Reid、唐四平头和其他种质等 3个杂种优势类群共 30份玉米自交系为实验材料 ,以玉米幼胚作为外植体 ,研究基因型、培养基、激素、继代培养次数对玉米幼胚愈伤组织诱导及植株再生的影响。研究结果表明供试材料均能进行愈伤组织诱导 ,但是只有部分自交系能再生植株。通过对不同杂种优势类群自交系玉米幼胚培养特性的分析 ,从Reid、唐四平头和其他种质类群的供试自交系中 ,筛选出了胚性愈伤组织诱导频率和绿苗分化率均较高、适合于遗传转化的受体材料 ,如黄野四 /京 2 4 / /C10 8/黄野四选系、黄早四 /先早 17/ /吉 85 3选系、R4 3/ /黄野四 / 711选系、京 7、京 7黄、3189/ 4 380选系、4 380 /陕综 5选系、810 3、先早 17、18 5 99红、5 0 1、178和冀 5 3。
Thirty elite inbreds belonging to three maize heterotic groups including Reid, Tangsipingtou and compound germplasm were studied to determine the influence of genotypes, media, plant hormones and subculture cycles on the embryo derived callus induction and green plant regeneration. The results indicated that callus could be induced from all the tested inbreds. However, plant regeneration was only obtained in several genotypes. Among the 30 maize inbreeds studied, elite inbred Huangyesi /Jing24//C108 /Huangyesi、Huangzaosi /Xianzao17//Ji853, R43//Huangyesi/711,Jing7,Jing7Huang,3189/4380,4380/Shanzong5,8103,Xianzao17,18 599hong,501,178 and Ji53 belonging to group Reid, Tangsipingtou or compound germplasm were identified with higher performance in induction of embryonic callus and plant regeneration.
