彩色马蹄莲组织苗无糖生根培养的环境控制 被引量:28

摘要 以彩色马蹄莲组培增殖苗为供试材料 ,采用CO2 强制性供气系统和箱式培养容器 ,在附加MS大量元素的蛭石中进行无糖生根培养环境条件的控制研究。结果表明 :在培养基质中加入NAA0 .1mg/L ,培养的第 6天开始通入浓度保持在10 0 0~ 12 0 0mg/L的CO2 混合气体对生根有促进。无糖培养生根率达到 97% 。 Colored Zantedeschia young plants by micropropagation were used in the study. Environmental control in sugar free system of the ambient conditions in the vermiculite with additional MS, a great number of microelement and the effects were investigated. The result indicated that NAA0.1mg/L and CO 2 of 1000~1200 mg/L since the sixth day led to root promoting in the sugar free system. The rooting rate reached 97%.
