摘要
采用典型相关分析的统计分析方法,探讨美洲斑潜蝇幼虫自然种群数量动态与气候因子的关系。结果表明:来自种群数量指标与气候因子指标的第1典型相关系数为0.7438(P<0.01),第1对典型变量主要反映美洲斑潜蝇幼虫自然种群发生数量和日平均气温及日平均相对湿度的负相关关系,日平均气温和日平均相对湿度是影响美洲斑潜蝇幼虫自然种群发生数量的主要气候因子。
The relationship between two sets of variables from the population dynamics of larva of Liriomyza sativae and the meteorological factors was analyzed by means of canonical correlation analysis. The results showed that the first canonical correlation was 0.743 8 (P<0.01), and the first group of canonical variables mainly described the negative correlation of the population of larva of Liriomyza sativae with the daily mean temperature and the daily mean relative humidity. The results also suggested that the daily mean temperature and daily mean relative humidity were the important factors influencing the population of larva of Liriomyza sativae.
