3-丙烯酰基-1,3-噁唑烷-2-酮的合成

New Synthetic Route to 3-Propenoyl-1,3-oxazolidin-2-one

摘要 A new method was described for the synthesis of 3-propenolyl-1,3-oxazolidin-2-one.Acrylic acid,triethylamine,and acryloyl chloride were added to anhydrous THF and stirred at -20 for 2 hours,then anhydrous lithium chloride and 1,3-oxazolidin-2-one were added and stirred at room temperature for 6 hours.The mixture was separated by column chromatohraphy on silica gel to obtain 3-propenolyl-1,3-oxazolidin-2-one,with yield of 83%.
