当前对于部分企业来说,网络信息技术还是属于一个“新事物”。适应竞争环境的新变化,本文尝试提出“两化、三网”企业运作模式。对企业管理提出了企业管理信息化和企业经营网络化,并提出了如何建设企业网络的建议,一是把企业资源计划和业务流程重组结合,建设企业内联网;二是通过把企业资源计划、供应链管理、客户关系管理、Internet等的结合建设企业外联网及其和国际互联网的联系。

Today the information technology of network is new to some enterprises. In order to meet the change of competitive environment, this article attempts to focus on some new ideas about informalization in enterprises management and netlization in enterprises operating. It also gives some advice to construct enter- prise network. Firstly, to construct network inside enterprise by the reorganization and integration of enter- prise resources program and business process; Secondly, to construct the connection between network outside enterprise and internet by the integration of enterprise resources program, management of supply chain, man- agement of customer's relationship and internet.
