摘要
通过对科技论文属性及其载体属性的分析,提出了科技论文的评优指标体系,并采用“专家评分法”对其进行评优.
On the basis of analysing the attribute of scientific and technical treatise and the attribute of its carrier, this paper advances an index system of how to choose the best treatise and evaluates its quality by the method of specialist judgement.
