摘要
在对高等学校科研工作的特点和选择科研课题基本原则分析的基础上,制定了评判选题可行性的综合评价指标,并提出了一种利用模糊数学评价科研选题的模糊评判方法.
On the basis of analyzing characteristics of scientific research and fundamental principles of subject choosing, comprehensive evaluation criteria are made to judge the feasibility of task selection, and a fuzzy evaluation method is suggested.
