摘要
提出了关于我国铁路2000年三种牵引动力合理匹配的决策原则,给出了系统的递阶层次结构模型,在采用1~9比例标度对定性因素进行量化的同时,还提出了根据统计指标值构造符合AHP要求的判断矩阵的算法,并采用权重几何平均法进行群组决策,得出2000年电力、内燃和蒸汽牵引承担运输量分别为45%,40%和15%。
The principles to decise rational proportion of Chinese railway tractive power in 2000 A.D. are proposed. The step-by-step procedures for synthetic estimation, by using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) , are described, and the conclusion that the proportion is 45% for electric locomotive, 40% for diesel, and 15% for steam engine is drawn out.
