道德化反腐的冷思考

Calm Consideration of Anti-corruption with Moral Characteristics

反腐败是世界性课题。腐败使许多国家的社会矛盾尖锐,社会冲突频繁,政局动荡,同时,还使经济生活受到许多不利影响。各国政府在努力促进经济发展的同时,不断地探寻遏制腐败的良策。中国政府一直把反腐败作为经济建设的润滑剂和民主政治建设的突破口,但不能否认的是,中国的腐败越来越呈蔓延和扩张之势。对此,就中国道德化特征的反腐方式进行一些理性的、批评式的探寻与思考,试图予反腐以借鉴。

Anti-corruption is an international subject.Corruption makes social contradictions fierce,social conflicts frequent,political situation turbulent.It also has ill influence on economic life simultaneously.So every government in the world is looking for the good methods to constrain corruption while developing its national economy.The Chinese government always takes anti-corruption as not only lubrication oil in its economic constructions but also a breakthrough in its democratic and political construction;Yet corruption in China becomes more and more fierce.What's more,it is spreading more and more widely.Some reasonably refutable considerations and research on anti-cirruption with moral characteristics are done to do some good to anti-corruption in China.
