摘要
随着“中央广播电视大学人才培养模式改革和开放教育试点”的发展和进一步深入,各试点电大学生队伍不断壮大,但这些成人学生对大学校园缺少归宿感,需要校园文化发挥文化整合的功能。本文拟在开放教育的背景下,通过对校园文化四个层次进行研究剖析,探讨试点电大校园文化建设的有关途径和方法,提高学生的自主学习、信息获取、创新、实践操作、团结协作等能力,以适应开放社会的人才需求。
With the development and deepening of the education mode and Open Education launched by the CRTVU, the number of adult students in the pilot open education universities is increasing. Yet, these adult students are lacking the sense of belonging to the university campus, which urges the campus culture to play an important role in integrating those students into the university campus. This paper is intended to make a research on the four levels of campus culture under the background of open education, to discuss the ways of constructing the campus culture in the pilot open education universities, and to improve these adult students’ abilities of self-learning, information-obtaining, innovating, practical-operating, team-cooperating and so on.
