摘要
分析了新建小区建筑物的沉降原因,提出了沉降测量基准网点及沉降观测点的布设和在建筑物施工过程中应加强的工作,讨论了差异沉降和基础倾斜,结合工程实例论述了建筑物的沉降测量工作的重要性。
This paper analyzes the reasons of the subsidence of buildings in a newly-built district, and indicates the layout of measurement datum point and observation sites of subsidence. It also proposes that the measurement should be strengthened during the construction process of buildings. Diversity subsidence and understructure declination are discussed. Significance of subsidence measurement of buildings is also dissertated by construction instances.
