护士长管理压力和应对方式的调查分析

Investigation and analysis of the head nurses’ management stress and their coping styles

目的 了解护士长管理压力的程度、症状和应对方式。方法 对 5 5名护士长进行管理压力调查表、焦虑自评量表、特质应对量表的问卷调查 ,用SPSS软件进行统计分析。结果 6 9.0 9%的护士长处于高水平压力状态 ,有明显焦虑症状者占2 1.82 % ,积极应对者占 85 .4 5 %。不同任职方式、任职年限、学历、护龄的护士长管理压力、症状和应对程度存在显著差异。结论 护士长的工作性质和职业角色决定其管理压力的程度。建议护士长采取有效的应对方式 ,缓解各种压力 ,以保持身心健康 ,最大限度适应新形势的发展要求。

Objective To explore the level and symptoms of the head nurses’ management stress and their coping styles.Method 55 head nurses were investigated with the questionnaire of management stress,Self-rating Anxiety Scale and Handling Scale.The data was analyzed with SPSS statistic software.Results 69.09% of the 55 head nurses were in high level of stress,21.82% of them had obvious anxiety symptoms,85.45% of them can cope with the stress positively.Also,the level and symptoms of the head nurses’ management stress and their coping ways had significant difference in different ways and years of their duty,the different level of education and their working years.Conclusion The level of the head nurses’ management stress lies on the characteristics of their working and the professional roles. It suggest that the head nurses should adopt effective coping styles to alleviate various stress,so as to keep the health in mind and body to fit the developing demands in the new circumstances best.
