甲状腺功能亢进症病人对^(131)碘治疗知识需求的调查与分析

Investigation and analysis on the needs of^(131)I treatment related knowledge in patients with hyperthroidism

目的 了解核素13 1碘治疗甲状腺功能亢进症病人自我护理的需求。方法 采用自行设计的问卷调查表 ,内容有药物知识指导、不良反应、家庭自我指导等 ,对 10 0例住院病人进行调查。对使用13 1碘治疗甲状腺功能亢进症前后的病人进行心理护理、知识宣教和咨询服务 ,同时做好饮食指导。结果 首要需求是药物知识指导和家庭自我护理指导 ;其次是要求护士进行卫生健康宣教。结论 了解病人对疾病相关知识的需求是做好治疗的前提 ,对病人的康复有很大的促进作用。

Objective To determine the needs of self-nursing in hyperthroidism patients treated with isotope 131 I.Methods 100 in-hospital patients with hyperthroidism were surveyed by using a self-designed questionnaire, which involved the contents of instruction of drug, its side effects, guidance of self-nursing at home, and so on.Also,we provided the service of psychologic nursing, instruction and supervision about the treatment,and the dietetic guidance for the hyperthroidism patients received 131 I treatment.Results The first needs of the patients were instruction of drug and guidance of self-nursing at home,and the second needs was health education about 131 I treatment.Conclusion To identify the patients’ needs about the disease related knowledge is the premise to treatment evenly, and it also plays an important role in promoting the patients’ recovery.
