The quality of nursing service is an important part of the nuclear competitive ability of the hospital.Establishing a scientific,normative and effective system of nursing quality control is a key process of quality accreditation system of ISO9000.In which the nursing department should play the role of organization,training,communication,and coordination to ensure that the system meet the demands of scientific quality control and to achieve the constant improvement of the quality of nursing.
